Most orders are prepared within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. During major promotions, holidays, product launches, or unusually high order volumes, processing may require up to 6 business days.

Estimated transit after dispatch: United States 8–14 business days; Canada 10–16 business days; United Kingdom 10–16 business days; Australia 10–16 business days; other international destinations 14–21 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Standard shipping is a flat $6.99 USD per order unless a different rate is clearly displayed at checkout before purchase.

Orders may be fulfilled from our own, partner, regional, or other approved fulfillment facilities depending on inventory availability, product type, and delivery destination. Products in the same order may arrive separately.

Most eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. For a standard return, items should be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging, tags, accessories, and proof of purchase where applicable. Different rules apply to damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed items.

For preference-based returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or authorized return solution at no additional cost to the customer.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within up to 10 business days after the authorized return is received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider may require additional posting time.

To request a cancellation or shipping-address correction, contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. We will make reasonable efforts to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.
